Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PNR Converter API platform, websites (pnr.appzone.in, pnr-api.appzone.in), or associated developer software development kits (SDKs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or travel agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Service Description & API Usage

PNR Converter provides RESTful APIs for parsing, normalizing, and converting Global Distribution System (GDS) Passenger Name Record (PNR) data into structured JSON, iCalendar (.ics), PDF, and HTML itineraries.

• API Key Security: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and JWT credentials.
• Ephemeral Processing: You acknowledge that the API is designed as an ephemeral compute engine and does not store or archive your parsed PNR queries.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, launch denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to bypass rate limits or quota caps.

3. Subscription Plans, Quotas & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Each plan includes a defined monthly quota of conversion requests.

• Quota Overages: Once your allocated monthly quota is exhausted, requests will be capped with HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) until upgraded or reset on the next billing date.
• Taxes & Invoicing: For Indian entities, applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%) is applied. Valid GSTIN invoices are automatically issued upon payment confirmation.
• International Payments: International payments are charged in USD or EUR with automated currency conversion.

4. Service Level & Uptime Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, the services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for airline schedule inaccuracies, GDS format variations, or upstream third-party data errors.

5. Termination & Token Invalidation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke API keys immediately if abusive traffic or security violations are detected.
