When you submit a PNR text string to our conversion API, the payload is parsed strictly in-memory (RAM) to generate your structured JSON or PDF output and immediately discarded. We never store, log, sell, or index passenger names, ticket numbers, or itinerary details in any database.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the essential information needed to provision your developer account and secure your API credentials:
- Account Registration: Your chosen username, verified email address, and a securely salted bcrypt password hash.
- API Key Security Telemetry: Timestamp of last API key usage, origin IP address, and client User-Agent (displayed only in your dashboard to help you detect key leaks or unauthorized usage).
- Payment Records: Transaction IDs, plan tier, and billing status provided by our payment gateway partners (we do not store credit card numbers).
2. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate API requests and maintain session security.
- To calculate monthly conversion quota balances and prevent rate abuse.
- To deliver system notices, quota exhaustion alerts, and security updates.
3. Data Retention & Erasure
You have full control over your personal data. You may request complete account deletion and data wiping at any time by contacting our privacy officer at privacy@appzone.in. All database records will be permanently purged within 7 business days.
4. International Data Transfers & Compliance
Our servers utilize TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. For European Union users, our data handling adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For Indian customers, we comply fully with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
